bio: I am a pre-doctoral fellow at the Dickey Center at Dartmouth College, and a former Jennings Randolph Peace Scholar at the United States Institute of Peace, specializing in international relations and methodology. Starting August 2018, I will join the faculty at the Department of Political Science, Indiana University, Bloomington. My work has appeared or is forthcoming in multiple academic journals, and has been mentioned in numerous policy outlets.
