My professional mission is to help people realize and amplify their full creative potential within organizations through fulfilling collaborative relationships. To this end, I teach and conduct research focused on social network dynamics. My research investigates why people get along within the organizations – and why they don’t – and how it matters. I apply dynamic social network analysis to study how organizational members collaborate to innovate.
