Inga Holmdahl is finishing her Master of Science in Epidemiology at the Center for Communicable Disease Dynamics at Harvard this summer. She will begin a PhD in Epidemiology in the fall, where she is interested in using mathematical models to study the evolution and control of insecticide resistance in the malaria vector Anopheles gambiae. She is particularly interested in measuring and modeling resistance heterogeneity and using non-lethal compounds to manage insecticide resistance.
