I am a PhD student in Bioinformatics at Prof. Stadler's lab in Leipzig, Germany. I studied Bioinformatics as I like the mixture of different disciplines and topics. I am interested in theoretical topics such as the development of algorithms but I am also happy to analyze biological data (e.g sequencing data). I like to travel and get to know people, places and (working) cultures, hence I've spent two months in Bogota, Colombia and three months in Tokyo, Japan to collaborate with researchers.
