Carlos Marino is a Peruvian American engineer-scientist who works in the areas of Microgrids, Machine Learning, and Optimization. He is currently at the Joint Warfare Analysis Center at the U.S. Air Force. He received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University, USA. his dissertation topic was Optimization and decision making under uncertainty for distributed generation technologies.
