How efficient we can be?

Goal

As we know, within ontogeny we simulated food to grown us up (increasing our body mass). All those mass are chemitrical energy. However, how many energy we need to creat those mass? On metabolism level, we try to calculate the energy used to creat 1g cell mass. Are we really efficient? We will try to do it from top-buttom way, e.g. number of mitochondria change or ATP change
