Investigating an Agent-based Model of Cooperative Coevolutionary Learning

In this project we will investigate an often cited study in organization theory, March's (1991) study of the adaptive tension between Exploration and Exploitation. March's study is predicated upon an agent-based model of cooperative coevolutionary learning that appears to demonstrate rather robust results, but the original model has not received much attention.

This project will investigate the dynamics of the original model. Can the original model by depicted as a CA? If so, can it be evolved with a GA? What, if any, are the benefits of such an approach?
