Claudia manages Santa Fe County’s sustainability team. Past work includes running the County’s water and wastewater utility, planning for Santa Fe’s climate-change impacted future water supply, and dedicating flow to the Santa Fe River. Claudia has a MS from the Earth and Planetary Science Dept., University of New Mexico and BA from Amherst College. As an outdoor devotee, she delights in mountains, canyons, deserts, and rivers and has raised two daughters during her 30-year tenure in Santa Fe.
