Susan is a doctoral student in the Biden School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. Interested in transportation sustainability and public value governance, her dissertation topic examines the intersection of active transportation, autonomous vehicles and public administration. Susan also conducts policy research at UD’s Institute for Public Administration. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in environmental engineering from the University of Michigan. |
