I'm from Peru. After finishing college as a Forest Engineer, I began working on the design and implementation of a ‘Nature Stewards Network’ that connect indigenous communities from the Peruvian Amazon with companies in the main cities of Peru, to reduce the deforestation in key landscapes. Now, as a part of graduate school, I started doing research about the insurance industry as a way to contribute to the adaptation efforts in cities against risk and impacts of climate change.
