I'm a PhD student in Bioengineering at Ege University, Turkey and I've been a visiting scholar for a while at Drexel University, School of Biomedical Engineering, USA. With my supervisor Dr. Uri Hershberg, we're doing some researches within the paradigm of network science. By developing simulation algorithms, we are aiming to understand and explain the emergent dynamics arisen on the networks and the relations between the local/global dynamics and network structure. We are also in the process of relating our modeling approach to the real systems such as the protein interaction (signaling) and social networks.
