I ,Priyatama Pandey, a PhD student in Computational and Integrative sciences, JNU, New Delhi. I have completed my M-tech in a field of computational and systems biology from the same school. During M.Tech, I am working on Next Generation Sequencing data means  handles biological problems using computational approaches which depends on  Mathematics and Statistics.  During M-Tech, I worked on course project titled  as "Deep sequencing based expression analysis for micro-RNA" on human cancer data.
