I submitted my Ph.D. thesis on "Turbulence in Rotating Fluids" in 2008 as a post-B.Sc. integrated student at S. N. Bose National Center for Basic Sciences (SNBNCBS), Kolkata. Afterwards I worked as an independent post-doctoral fellow at NBIA, Niels Bohr Institute (Copenhagen, Denmark) until I joined the department of physics as assistant professor at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in November, 2012.   I am a theoretical physicist whose current research interests are in the broad topics of non-linear dynamics and fluid dynamics.

Complex Systems Winter School 2015

I am a theoretical physicist at Indian Institute of Technology (Kanpur). My current research works are in the broad topics of non-linear dynamics and fluid dynamics. I intend to explore the overlap between game theory and chaos theory in near future. Also, on my radar is neurophysics. I hope CSWS15 will help me with these.
