Rob is a scholar bureaucrat with eclectic interests who has published narrowly on ways that small complexities can derail human decision making. He is excited to be working on projects in 1) network analysis, 2) strategic incrementalism in policy analysis, and 3) predictive analytics to identify defense budget execution problems.
