I obtained Master of Science degree in Water Science and Engineering, specialization Hydroinformatics from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, Delft, The Netherlands. For two and half years after graduation, I worked as researcher assistant at UNESCO-IHE in a Flood Risk Assessment project in the Caribbean island of Saint Maarten. Currently, I am a PhD research fellow of Urban Water Systems at UNESCO-IHE. The PhD research work proposed a holistic risk assessment framework for urban flooding in coastal cities.
