Hey all, I started in physics, tried some biophysics experiments, totally failed at those, and ended up in theory. My interests include predictive rate-distortion algorithms, minimal models for biology, and non-equilibrium statistical mechanics; hobbies include some random vision and machine learning stuff. I'm looking forward to meeting all the other participants in the school! website
