Complex Systems Summer School 2020

{border}

Elisenda Ortiz Castillo
PhD Candidate
Universitat de Barcelona - Spain

I am a PhD student at the department of Condensed Matter Physics, University of Barcelona (UB) since May 2017. I graduated in Physics (BSc) and obtained a Master in Advanced Physics, both from UB. Thereupon, I spent there a short time as a research assistant investigating the navigability of time-varying complex networks.

I joined my present group after building up my research skills in complex systems while enrolled in a previous PhD program at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Nowadays, my research interests are the dynamics and evolution of complex networked systems embedded in hidden metric spaces.
