I am a PhD student at the University of Iceland and Stockholm University. My research focuses on fisheries, connecting socio-economic research of fisheries to biological studies of the ecosystem. I´m interested in ecologically oriented theories of economy and other alternatives to the mainstream neoclassical economic thought that has proven to be damaging to our ecosystems and societies.
