I am a 2nd year PhD candidate in Philosophy at the University of Amsterdam. I am developing an account of skilled intentionality (the kind of intentionality we exhibit when acting adequate and effortless), integrating insights from phenomenology, ecological psychology, theoretical neuroscience and embodied cognitive science. Complex systems science is the conceptual glue that holds this framework together.
