Complex Systems Summer School 2015

Carolina Mattsson is a PhD student in the Network Science Program at Northeastern University, studying how network science can be applied to study political science and, more specifically, international development. She is currently doing research on ownership and regulatory ties between telecommunications companies and a dozen European countries. In the future she hopes to use mobile banking to study economic development. She has a background in both Physics and International Relations.

Carolina was born in Sweden, but has lived most of her life in Albuquerque and will gladly show you around New Mexico if you give her the chance!
