PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Tuition for this program is $3,500 and is inclusive of participation, course materials, accommodations and meals. Please complete payment by the deadline of April 17, 2015.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If someone else is paying on your behalf, please let me know their name so that I can match their payment to your tuition.

Paying Via Check:

1. Please make checks payable to: Santa Fe Institute
2. Make sure check has a note that states the participant’s name and CSSS 2014
3. Mail checks to: Juniper Lovato, Santa Fe Institute, 1399 Hyde Park Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87501

Paying Via Credit Card:

1. Go to: link coming soon
2. Choose the amount you owe in tuition
3. Choose New Individual in the Participant Box
4. Fill out registration information with information for the person participating
5. Once on the payment page and fill in your credit card information with billing information for the person paying
6. Click “Finish”
