I'm a post-doc at the University of Manchester, UK, working on mathematical and computational models of cultural evolution, more specifically language change. Current research topics extend from simplified analytical models (in the fashion of evolutionary game theory) to more realistic agent-based simulations and the use of big data in the study of linguistic variation and change.
