Carlos Viniegra
Cutter Consortium - Mexico
Founder of High Performance Analytics, former Head of the Digital Government Unit at the Ministry of Public Administration (Mexico). Previously, he was Director General of Information and Energy Studies at the Ministry of Energy and former CIO at both the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food and the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources. Holds a BA in economics from UAM and MBA from IPADE.
