4. Fill out registration information with information for the person participating<br>
5. Once on the payment page and fill in your credit card information with billing information for the person paying <br>
6. Click “Finish”<br>

Complex Systems Summer School 2015

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Tuition for this program is $3,500 and is inclusive of participation, course materials, accommodations and meals. Please complete payment by the deadline of April 17, 2015.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If someone else is paying on your behalf, please let me know their name so that I can match their payment to your tuition.

Paying Via Check:

1. Please make checks payable to: Santa Fe Institute
2. Make sure check has a note that states the participant’s name and CSSS 2014
3. Mail checks to: Juniper Lovato, Santa Fe Institute, 1399 Hyde Park Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87501
