Daniel Borrero
Willamette University - USA
Daniel Borrero is Assistant Professor of Physics at Willamette University, a small liberal arts college in Salem, OR. He received his BS from UT-Austin and his PhD from Georgia Tech. His research focuses on understanding the subcritical transition to turbulence in shear flows and other fluid mechanical systems with complex spatiotemporal dynamics. In the past, he has studied synchronization in mechanical systems and symmetry reduction methods for dynamical systems with continuous symmetries.
