I am a trained economist currently a year into my PhD at the Danish Research Centre for Magnetic Resonance (DRCMR). My research triangulates between computational neuroimaging, evolutionary biology, physiology and behavioural economics. The central motivation of my project is to develop theoretical models of decision making that are subject to normative constraints from physiology and evolution. I test these theories via axiomatic methods with behavioural and neural measurement using magnetic resonance (in humans), optogenetics, and fibre optometry (in mice).
