Program Start
Dorms become available to students Sunday, June 14, 2020.
Sunday, June 14, 2020 11:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M CHECK-IN
On-site check-in for the Summer School will be from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 14 at the IAIA Residence Center (Number 7 on the campus map). CSSS staff will have a table set up and will greet you. First you will check-in with SFI staff to receive information about SFI and the summer school. Then you will got to a second table staffed by IAIA staff where you will receive your dorm assignment, dorm key, electronic access card, identification card, and information about IAIA facilities. IAIA campus info.
If you are driving your personal vehicle to the summer school, you will be able to park for free on the IAIA campus. There is parking available directly adjacent to the Residence Center. Please find the next available space.
Lunch on Arrival Day
Lunch will be served in the cafeteria from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.
ARRIVAL DAY - WELCOME EVENING DINNER IN CAFETERIA
June 14, 2020 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. will take place on campus.
Late Arrivals
If you are unable to arrive during the check-in period, you will need to check in and get your room key from the Housing Staff at IAIA. They are located near the front doors of the residence hall.
The office will be open that evening until 10PM to help you. After 10 PM, the staff will make sure that your keys are with Security. Call them at 505-577-1660. They will give you keys and help you get into the dorms. If your international phone is not working, knock on Security's door which is located next to the front doors.

Tour Museum & Shop in Gift Shop: 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Socialize / Cocktails: 7:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Dinner: 8:00 - 9:00 p.m.

2020 CSSS T-shirt
It is a tradition that summer school students select an image for their CSSS t-shirt by voting on designs submitted by fellow students. This will happen at the beginning of summer school.
When you register, you will be asked to select your t-shirt size. Please use this chart to help you select the correct size. We must order t-shirts before you arrive so be sure you have selected the correct size. THANKS!

Friday, July 10, 2020
8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. CHECK-OUT
All dorm rooms must be vacated by 10:30 A.M. on Friday, July 10th. Please return your key to CSSS staff at the table on the first floor of the CLE. If you depart before 8:30 A.M. on Friday, please make prior arrangements with CSSS staff and leave your key at the security desk. Lost keys or keys not turned in by 10:00 A.M. incur a $25 fee.
