University of New Mexico - USA
I am a Ph.D. student in Evolutionary Anthropology at the University of New Mexico. My research combines approaches from behavioral ecology and complex systems science to build theoretical models of human biology and social behavior that can be rigorously tested through quantitative ethnographic fieldwork. I am currently studying gender disparities in health in female-centered societies and the dynamics of inequality on social networks. My fieldwork takes place in China, Vanuatu, and Mauritius.
