Christopher Quarles
University of Michigan — USA
My research interests focus around inequality and opportunity, and how they are affected by changes in technology and how we group ourselves. I'm a PhD student in Information at the University of Michigan. My academic background is in math and physics. My interest in complex systems comes from working in them for over a decade as a community college math professor. Trying to improve opportunity by changing the system taught me what complexity really means.
