Disk defragmenter
The disk cleanup deletes recycle bin files, temporary internet files, temporary files, software setup files etc. By using disk cleanup, we can save some space on the hard disk. On the other hand, defragmentation is related with rearranging the existing files. Whenever we try to access a file, the file is searched first. When the files are in arranged manner, the file can be quickly found. That is why defragmentation makes the file access time shorter.
