I am a research aerospace engineer at NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia. I earned my PhD in Computational Sciences and Informatics from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia in 2004. My background is in computational fluid dynamics and atmospheric dynamics. Currently, my research focuses on understanding the decay and transport of wake vortices. I am always interested in learning new things and feel that the CSSS2010 provides me with an excellent opportunity to do just that. In my spare time I enjoy hiking and reading books on history.
