I'm a 2005 PhD graduate (Indiana University: nursing science, information science). I'm currently faculty at the University of Utah. I teach in the graduate informatics programs of the College of Nursing and School of Medicine. My research involves the induction of knowledge models from health care data for the purpose of clinical decision support.
I live in Park City, Utah (Olympic venue in 2002), and I like to ski (mostly nordic style), run, bike, and play with my son. The CSSS is an incredible opportunity to study at SFI and I look forward to learning from both faculty and peers.
