Martina Steffen

I am a PhD candidate in the School of Anthropology at the University of Arizona, majoring in archaeology. Although I am interested in many topics, my specialization is zooarchaeology, which involves analysis and interpretation of animal bones from archaeological sites in terms of human behavior. I am enjoying the interdisciplinary environment of the CSSS and each day am inspired by my conversations with participants.
