This is a short note about the logistics for the High School Prize for Scientific Excellence awards ceremony. It will take place this Wednesday May 13, 2015 at 5:30p.m. (please plan to arrive at 5:00p.m.) at the Santa Fe Institute. Here is a map that may help you with directions to the Santa Fe Institute. Right after the award ceremony students will need to gather around for a group photograph. Please meet me in the lobby and we will proceed out onto the atrium to take a group photo that will be featured in the newspaper congratulating you for your achievement.
After the ceremony is completed (around 6:15p.m.), we will continue to the reception where there will be light food and beverages.
Also, please make sure to turn in your W9 form before the ceremony.
