Welcome to everyone, students and faculty alike. I'm delighted to be the Director of the 2007 SFI Complex Systems Summer School. We have a great summer planned with lots of great lectures (Week 1: Modeling/Nonlinear Dynamics, Week 2: Ecology/Networks, Week 3 Finance/Economics, and Week 4: Biology/Epidemiology/Allometry), a fair amount of socializing, all in the beautiful setting of Santa Fe.
