The course fees are shown below. Each participant will receive a copy of Managing Business Complexity, lunches, and break refreshments as part of their course fee. Reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis. Fees are due by April 9, 2006. Registration reservations will be forfeited if payment is not received by this time.
