Nuole (Lula) Chen, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

Lula Chen is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her research interests include international relations/security and nuclear security, with a regional focus on the United States, China, and Africa countries. Previously, she served as the program manager for trilateral cooperation projects between US, Chinese, and African cities. She has a B.S.F.S and M.A. in International Affairs from Georgetown University.
