Thomas Somodi, Change Science Institute

Tom Somodi is an expert on change and more specifically, Change As A Science. Tom has extensive experience in domestic and international reorganizations, acquisitions, and strategic change initiatives covering manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors. His roles covered public and private company executive and board level experience including positions as CEO, COO, CFO, and CSO. In 2013 Tom shifted from his executive roles in Corporate America to focus on writing, speaking, and consulting as it relates to change as a science. Tom's book, "The Science Of Change: Basics Behind Why Change Succeeds and Fails" was published in October, 2013 represents a text book outlining the fundamentals of Change Science.
