High School Prize for Scientific Excellence 2013

This is a short note about the logistics for the High School Prize for Scientific Excellence awards ceremony. It will take place this Wednesday May 8, 2013 at 5:00p.m. (please plan to arrive at 4:30p.m. for the group photo) at the Santa Fe Institute. Here is a map that may help you with directions to the Santa Fe Institute. If you have any questions about the awards ceremony, please do not hesitate to contact me. At 4:30p.m. before the awards ceremony begins, students will need to gather around for a group photograph. Please meet me in the lobby and we will proceed out onto the atrium to take a group photo that will be featured in the newspaper congratulating you for your achievement.

After the ceremony is completed (around 5:45p.m.), we will continue to the reception where there will be light food and beverages.

Also, please make sure to turn in your W9 form before the ceremony.
