Hello! Colleagues.

My name is Takeshi Nakamura, a professor of department of biosignaling, research institute for biological sciences, Tokyo Univsersity of Science.

My main interest is a real integration between activity-imaging of key signaling molecules and computational biology. My second goal is to understand the molecular mechaism which enables neuronal wiring and neuronal activity including learning, memory, emotion and dicision. My third goal is to the development of nonlinear biology.

The following is the recent publication from our collaborative study with Prof. Ishii's group in Kyoto University.

PubMed PMID: 19008941; PubMed Central PMCID: PMC2573959.

Now,we (Dr. Sakumura and I) are reconsidering the framework of the handling of statistical analysis.
