Most participants will stay at the Royal King Hotel. From the hotel it is a short walk to the KITP building where the workshop will be held.

You can take a metro to the Wudaokou station and then walk to the hotel. If arriving from the airport, you could take airport express bus #5 to the Zhong Guan Cun depot. This will be the last stop. It is then a short walk to the hotel. The bus is quite convenient and not too difficult to navigate. This is how I usually get to ITP from the airport. You could also take the airport subway to Wudaokou. I've not done this before, but I suspect it's not too difficult.
