Last week I mentioned a possible visitor in the hallway. Her name is Sohini Ramachandran. She is currently a grad student with Marc Feldman – quite close to graduation, I believe. She is already coming into town for the Human Migration meeting (Feb 8-10). I would like to have her come a couple of days early so that she and I could work on a couple of things that Monday and Tuesday before the meeting. I believe that Marc is covering her airfare and her hotel room during the meeting, so all I would be looking for would be a couple of extra nights in the hotel, and a desk. The nights in question would be Feb 5 and 6. Her CV is attached.
