I'm a fourth year graduate student at Washington State University [1]. My research interests are focused on coevolutionary interactions, particularly host-parasite interactions. I’m interested in the effect of dispersal (or migration) on coevolutionary interactions. Most of my past research has been in molecular ecology, but since at WSU I've also been working on theory work relating to my thesis. I'm also interested in modeling disease dynamics, specifically vector transmitted virus and looking at the effect of competition on virus diversity.

Outside of research, I'm really into board games (Settlers of Catan, Ticket to Ride, etc). Hope we can spend some downtime exploring some geeky fun strategies. I also love to travel and just got back from New Zealand (doing fieldwork). I'm excited about meeting such a diverse set of researches.
