Tom Briggs is a Ph.D. student in Computational Social Science at George Mason University. When not studying, he works as a Research Psychologist at the U.S. Department of Defense, where he conducts research to increase program and organization performance. His current research interests include applying computational social science to the study of leadership, performance, and, more broadly, to the psychological theories and principles underlying human behavior in the workplace.
