Monday, June 6
Arrive in Santa Fe. Check in at St. John’s College 12-5 p.m. Join welcome reception and dinner for Complex Systems Summer School participants at Peterson Student Center 5-8 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday, June 7-10
Mornings, 9-12 attend Complex Systems Summer School lectures in Great Hall, St. John’s College.
Lunch at St. John’s.
Afternoons at SFI, meeting with potential mentors.
Monday, June 13
Finalize decision on mentor and project.
Wednesday, June 15
Brief abstract of project due.
June 14-August 5
Individual research project work
Monday, June 19
Introductory lectures, Graduate Workshop in Computational Social Science. REUs are invited to attend. St. John’s College
July
July 12-14
Individual intern meetings with REU program principal investigator Jeremy Sabloff.
August
August 8-12
Project presentations.
August 11
Final Paper Due.
August 13
