Hi! I can't wait to meet everyone.

I'm working on my PhD in psychology at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. I work with Michael Spivey, who has developed a dynamical systems approach to mind, and who has recently published a fascinating book called _The Continuity of Mind_ (Oxford University Press, 2007).  I am interested in applying the dynamical systems approach to nonconscious mental processes. In particular, I am currently exploring how nonconscious prejudices, biases, and intentions dynamically resolve into consciously-held propositional beliefs.
I'm a doctoral student in psychology at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. I am applying a dynamical systems approach to the mind, particularly to the influence of nonconscious intentions and associations.

Santa Fe is going to be great, and I will be completely up for any kind of camping, hiking, exploring, or other outdoorsy stuff.
