Kerstin Damerau joined IIASA’s Risk, Poverty and Vulnerability Program (RPV) as a Research Assistant in October 2009 following an internship with Cemagref Clermont-Ferrand, France. She received her master's degree in theoretical and applied geography in fall 2008 from the University of Vienna, Austria.
