Liang Chang received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Chongqing Jianzhu University (former Chongqing Institute of Architecture & Engineering), Chongqing, China and his master degree in Engineering Mechanics from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China.
