| I am a PhD student in the Department of Sociology at Cornell University, and a member of Michael Macy’s Social Dynamics Laboratory. My research examines social structure from a geographical, temporal, and network perspective. My work is particularly concerned with the role of social networks in the genesis of social inequality. Prior to studying at Cornell, I received a BA in Sociology from the University of Mannheim and an MSc in Methods and Statistics from the University of Utrecht.
