In my MSc study (2008-2010), together with Dr. Beno Kuryel we designed the feedback control systems for some biochemical production processes based on their mathematical models. I'm a PhD student in Bioengineering at Ege University of Turkey and studying with Dr. Uri Herhsberg from Drexel University, Biomedical Engineering School. We are currently trying to model robust signaling pathways as an emergent phenomena of the dynamics of competing signaling cascades. In my MSc study (2008-2010), together with Dr. Beno Kuryel we designed the feedback control systems for some biochemical production processes based on their mathematical models.
